DanceFreeInspiration is excited to invite everyone to come dance with us! DanceFree is freestyle dancing that's smoke-free, alcohol-free, and shoes-free. Many spiritual traditions include dancing as a spiritual practice, like the Sufi Dances of Universal Peace and the whirling of the Dervishes. And many of us in the Inspiration Community have experienced powerful awakenings while dancing as part of a class or community event. Now we can continue to have the opportunity to dance in a community setting every month. Inspiration is co-sponsoring DanceFree along with Heathcote Community, which will host the event for much of the year. We will have DanceFree in the Inspiration pavilion sometimes in the warmer months. We used to do them the first Saturday of the month from 7 - 10 pm, but now they're not as regular (check the calendar for specific dates). Kids are welcome!
