Awakening
Eight Day Immersion Format
Awakening is a deeply transformational program for body, heart, mind, spirit, and engagement with daily life. It is for individuals who are seeking consciousness in every aspect of their lives, sincerely longing to grow and actualize, and wanting to access the qualities of essential being to serve themselves, their loved ones, and the planet.

Eight Week Format
The Bodhisattva training is designed to cultivate the capacity for selfless service and the ability to support others’ healing and change in both personal and professional settings.
Conscious Living Spiritual Apprenticeship
The Spiritual Apprenticeship, is designed to apply and integrate the powerful non-ordinary states of consciousness experienced in Awakening into everyday life. This encourages a bridge between the essential self and each action of daily life. Participants begin to align their movements, choices, and communications with an orientation to True Self.
Essence
The Essence class is a “spiritual warrior” course for people seeking to dissolve the central wounds and egoic illusions that create a separation from the authentic self and the Source of Life.

Bodhisattva
The Bodhisattva training is designed to cultivate the capacity for selfless service and the ability to support others’ healing and change in both personal and professional settings.
Breathwork Training Intensive
The Intensive is a weeklong program intended to maximize one’s capacity for presence, as well as impart the central teachings needed to begin a Breathwork Apprenticeship. Many people who do not intend to become Breathworkers participate in this training for their own growth and to support their capacity to bring more consciousness, presence, and transformation to their relationships and work.
Internationally Certified Breathwork Training
Inspiration is honored to present a state of the art 1200+ hour Internationally Certified Breathwork and Psychospiritual Facilitation Training Program for people who feel a calling to use breath and other powerful modalities to support others in their journeys towards integrating love, wisdom, and presence in every moment of their lives.
